Need to return an item?

  • Does my item qualify for a return?
    • Defective returns can be returned directly to us within 60 days from the invoice date for, at our discretion, credit, replacement (new order required) or repair. Manufacturer restrictions do apply. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 60 days, all manufacturers’ warranties apply and you should contact the appropriate warrant service provider identified in the product description.

      Non-defective returns can be accepted directly by us within 60 days from the invoice date for, at our discretion for a store credit. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Are there any exceptions to the qualifications listed above?
    • We do not expect a defective item to be in its original condition. It may show signs of normal usage.

      Customized items are non-returnable, but are still subject to the same quality guarantees as the rest of our merchandise.

      Some products in our store that are made by and fulfilled by third party brands (Billabong, Rip Curl, LEUS Towels, etc.) cannot be returned FOR ANY REASON. Please check the information provided in the description of the particular products you are ordering for information about return options.
  • How can I return my items that qualify?
    • 1. If your item qualifies for a return please apply for a return online through our customer support at

             • your contact information

             • the name and size of the item(s) being returned

             • the reason for return

             • whether you prefer a replacement item(s), store credit or refund
    • 2. Allow approximately 5 days after your return arrives at our location for your request to be processed. If a replacement is being processed, it will follow standard shipping timelines for your country. Payment refunds take 5-10 business days to reflect in your credit card account.
