Need to return an item?

  • Does my item qualify for a return?
    • 1. The merchandise is still in new condition, with no sign of customization, wear, or use of any kind.

      2. The merchandise being returned still has the original tags.

      3. The merchandise was received within the last 60 days.
  • Are there any exceptions to the qualifications listed above?
    • We do not expect a defective item to be in its original condition. It may show signs of normal usage.

      Customized items are non-returnable, but are still subject to the same quality guarantees as the rest of our merchandise.
  • How can I return my items that qualify?
    • 1. Enclose a letter that includes

             • your contact information

             • the name and size of the item(s) being returned

             • the reason for return

             • whether you prefer a replacement item(s), store credit or refund
    • 2. Send your item(s) to one of our returns centers in the following regions:

    • 3. Allow approximately 5 days after your return arrives at our location for your request to be processed. If a replacement is being processed, it will follow standard shipping timelines for your country. Payment refunds take 5-10 business days to reflect in your credit card account.
